"1. PRODUCTION OF THE FIBERGLASS MONOCOQUE
The monocoque is made entirely of fiberglass and insulated with polyurethane foam, without any joints. This process is called HAND + SPRAY LAY UP.
2. FIXING OF THE MONOCOQUE ON THE CHASSIS
The chassis is first prepared and set up, then the monocoque is installed. The monocoque is carefully glued and bolted. At the end of the process, a technician checks the centering.
3. INSTALLATION OF THE DROP-DOWN BED
At this point the drop-down bed is installed in a painstaking process that takes 4 hours of work. Each bed is carefully calibrated through a series of tests and checks.
4. PRODUCTION OF SHAPED FURNITURE
Exploitation of the interior spaces is maniacal because each Wingamm model has its own custom-built furniture to use the space available per square centimetre."
